Changing Your Password
How do I reset my password?
Your password must be reset from the Walker App. To reset your password, navigate to the Walker App login screen:
- Tap “Forgot your Password?” →
- Input the email address associated with your Wag! Walker account →
- Tap "Send" →
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please confirm the email address submitted is correct and check your junk & spam folders. Click here for tips on creating strong passwords.
I can't log in after changing my password.
If you are unable to login to your Walker Account after updating your password, please login here using your mobile device.
