After you have clicked “On My Way”, check to ensure all home access information is present. On occasion, a Pet Parent may have forgotten to provide their information. In this case, we recommend that you send a message or call the Pet Parent right away through the app.
I Can't Locate the Lockbox
If you’re unable to find the lockbox once you arrive at the residence, search around the area. Lockboxes are typically on the door handle or entry gate to the residence. Double check the home access notes by tapping the key icon on the service detail page. If you still can’t locate the lockbox, you may may message or call the Pet Parent through the app.
